R4YL is a print magazine with content focussed on running. When you subscribe to R4YL on the www.runforyourlife.com.au site you are agreeing to the following:

1. To provide correct contact information and order details to R4YL on the subscription form for the period of time requested.
2. Acknowledge that prices quoted are inclusive of delivery costs.
3. Agree that any errors made in entering the contact information and order details on the subscription form are your responsibility and R4YL is not liable for any consequences of such errors or incorrect information, including but not limited to failure to send the subscribed magazines to the correct address. If you change address or any other relevant details, you must notify R4YL.
4. Agree that R4YL and its employees and agents will not be liable to you or any other person for any loss, injury or damage arising from or as a consequence of any act or omission by R4YL or any person providing services through the R4YL site.
5. Subscription cancellations will result in a pro-rata based refund. There will be an administration cost of $25 incurred with any cancellation.
6. R4YL is responsible for delivery of the magazines ordered by you.
7. Agree that all offers made, contracts concluded and services provided through the R4YL site shall be deemed to be made and provided in Australia notwithstanding the location of you, shall be governed exclusively by Australian law, and the Courts of Australia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any such matters involving or alleged to involve R4YL.
8. Agree that your name, address and email address shall when provided by you become the property of Run for Your Life Pty Limited. R4YL will not on sell your contact details or distribute to businesses other than R4YL.
9. Consent to the receipt of emails from R4YL containing information and offers about products and services available from R4YL in which you may have an interest.
10. Acknowledge that these Standard Terms and Conditions may be modified from time to time, and agree that you are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms and Conditions, and you agree to any such modification.
11. Agree that, to the extent permitted by law, R4YL and/or its suppliers exclude all liability for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever including without limitation, damages for loss of life, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the Run for Your Life Magazine, the delay or inability to use the R4YL Site, the provision of or failure to provide goods or services, or any information, software, products or services obtained through the R4YL Site.
