Refund Policy
R4YL request that you choose carefully as there will be no refunds if you simply change your mind. However, we are happy to exchange items for another size, colour or model. The purchaser will be responsible for the cost of postage in either direct.
R4YL is happy, of course, to refund or exchange for faulty goods.
Postage Policy
Please be advised R4YL takes no responsibility for lost postage items where the purchaser chooses a standard Australia Post delivery service. R4YL consider the item to be delivered once it has left the shop and no replacement item will be sent. Please ensure you enter your full postal address carefully to ensure successful delivery. In the event of a lost package, R4YL is happy to replace the item, at cost, should you so wish.
Should you wish further guarantees on delivery of your purchases we recommend selecting the Express or Registered Post option when completing your online purchase. R4YL will provide replacement items should anything go missing when this option is selected.
